1990 S Proof set - all PF 69 DCAM, cent PF 68 DCAM

I have never been a collector of moderns but a while ago I sent in a really nice 1990 S proof set to see what it might grade. Came back PF 69DCAM for all coins except the cent which is a PF 68 DCAM. I guess I cant tell the difference between a PF 69 and PF 70. Anyway, its for sale. I just need to recover my investment... priced at $100.
