Any info on 1963 Washington Quarter DDO & DDR FS-024?

I'm trying to find info on the value and the location of the doubling on a 1963 Washington quarter.
It is listed as DDO & DDR FS-024.

Anyone have any clue about these??

Merely a clue...

It sounds like the one that Wexler Flynn lists as DDO-006. The obverse doubling is
not extremely pronounced and is best spotted on the date and bottom of the R in
TRUST. The secondary image is west and good separation is visable here. The re-
verse is listed as WDDR-001 and is rotated CCW.

The authors consider this significant and rare.
