On the grading status web page you list the order and the date the order is booked or entered and any subsequent posting of the grades. If you call the customer service rep you are able to find out what stage the coins are in while going through the grading process. May I suggest that you update the website to show the stage the coin is in. Do you know if your web page will be updated in the future for such a feature. In my opinion it would greatly cut down on your customer service calls. Thank you in advance for your reply.

We have kicked this idea around a lot over the years, but feel it will actually create more calls and confusion.
