Is this the same person (different ID) as the GRADEDROOKIES person who was selling only 10s from gradedrookies grading? They are both from the same town in Michigan. Had anyone heard of Rare grading?
Just another of those "grade at home" deals. Get yourself a name, set up shop on your kitchen table, and have peole pay you to give them what they want. All high grade 10's............
Whereas GRA did inflate grades some, I don't think they trimmed cards or graded fakes on purpose, etc. It looks like RARE owns a few exactos or a sharp paper cutter. Stay away.
You know, let's play devil advocate for a minute.....
I trade with people all the time, alot of younger collectors who couldnt describe NRMT from VG if their life depended on it. Now let's say that they have a bunch of cards and want to trade/sell them. If I graded (accurately, not the "give every card a 10" theory) their cards for a buck a piece, would I really be doing anything wrong?

I'm not sure where you're going with this, but if you set out guidelines with a grading standard and then put "SUPER PRISTINE 10" on each card when you know it is not true, then I'd say there's something wrong with that.
What gets me about at least the Graded Rookie Authenticated person on ebay is that every single card is a 10, no 9s or 8s. Not even trying to look legit, how could anyone look at all those 10s he is selling and not say to themselves, "something looks fishy here, how can every card be a 10?" Just do not get it.
Plus his scans are so fuzzy on the bigger picture you can not get a real gauge on the corners of the card.

But taking money to grade a card is not a crime.
