    My estimate is a 4.

    Nice card.

There's a "production wrinkle" on the left back border beginning close to the number 122 - thus I think they will drop it to a 5 minimum - and depending on the surface and the wear on the corners - maybe even a 4.

    That's my take
    And, BTW, I'ld take it!

  • I've sent in a couple of cards with that same type "production wrinkle" on an edge and received 8s. I think that's caused when sheet was cut. I don't see that PSA is penalizing that from my experience. IMO that Namath gets a 6.

A 6 was my first reaction, but now I'm thinking 5 after seeing the back. Not so much because of the aforementioned factory flaw, which don't seem to be penalized as harshly as post-factory wear, but it looks like there's a bit of a wrinkle above the cartoon QB's left shoulder.

1965 Topps Football is one of my favorite football sets and of course the Namath is a great card.

    I think PSA gives it a 5 - a really nice 5 at that.

    I agree it's a strong 4, maybe a 5 candidate.

Good catch there - that wrinkle shows on the front too on the right border next to Joe's ear. I agree, that will bring down to a 5 or 4.

I'm in the 4-5 range. Tough to call, though, since I've seen 4's that looked great and also 4's with corners so round they looked like 2's.

    I'll go 6.

If no wrinkles/creasing - 5. Decent corners, surface looks clean, some print dots, fisheyes on the back and top/bottom centering is not too good.
