    Looks like some card doctors bleaching experiment taken too far!

    as the label indicates, thats clearly (no pun intended) the "type II" transparent variation..

    Seeing all the cloudiness around the holder's edges, I'd say you broke the holder open and removed the cardimage

    I've cracked out cards to resubmit with much better results.
