Anyone else catch the statement in parenthesis about no stars or HOFers, commons only on the 60-71 special. I called PSA, basically if the card is listed in the guide, it should not be submitted on this special. I guess that is one way to get caught up, reduce the number of submissions you get! So much for the 100 plus cards I had ready to go.
