This coin is truly beautiful. This coin is hammered but not quite FS. The obverse has a very pale blue, while the reverse has a banded rainbow of deep colors. The colors on this coin are red, light green, neon green, and deep magenta. The crescent of rainbow color on this coin occupies about 90% of the circumference of the reverse.
