not happy at all!!!

I received my first issue of coin prices and there was a clause saying if you do not wish to continue simply send in your invoice with canceled on it! That is what I did. Hold and behold a few weeks later (yesterday) they sent me the second magizine! I have sent them an email too a few weeks ago!! Guess what? no response or anything? I'm pretty irked!!! What should I do? It almost seems worth it to send in the money to get rid of this stress. However, it is like there ignoring everything and forcing me to pay? Any input would be great!

My experience on this has been to not pay them, eventually they will get the message and stop sending. This seems to be pretty common amongst magazines.

If they send the bill with prepaid postage you can always send it back with something like "Cancled per original agreement" written on it, and they can eat the postage for their slow reactions.

Many magazines are experiencing circulation declines these days. Sometimes they send you "free" copies in order to keep their circulation guarantee to advertisers. I wouldn't let yourself lose any sleep over this. You notified them as they asked. Your job is done. Move on.

When they start your subscription it can take a month or two to get the magazines coming to you. When you cancel it can take a month or two to get them stopped as well. I wouldn't worry about it just yet. If it really bothers you call their subscription dept and explain what you did. You'll probably find that they DO have your cancellation in their records, and if not they can take care of it while you are on the phone with them.

Write "REFUSED" on it and give it back to your mail carrier.
