Another day of "No clue where my sub is at PSA"

Yep. thats right.
They acknowledge they get them and poof, down the rabbit hole the order does go.
Me, oh I am left entering the stupid sub#'s twice a day wondering if the results are in.
No clue where in the proces the sub is? Not started, graded? slabbing? who knows.
What a needless burden. Do the other grading companies track your order in a more customer centric manner?

I agree with you on the needless checking twice a day. However, I think PSA would only give us 3 options anyway. "Received", "Grading", "Shipped" and then we'd all just needlessly enter the subs only to see "Grading" vs. the usual
Date Received: xx/xx/xx
Date Grades Posted: Not Available
Date Shipped: Not Available
Maybe add an extra column in there that says Status.
Date Received: xx/xx/xx
Status: Grades Finalized - Awaiting Data Entry
Date Grades Posted: Not Available
Date Shipped: Not Available
..or something to that effect. Man that would be nice!
Goes back to that uber-futuristic concept of bar codes though...

I think they already have it , they just don't display it. If you call customer service , they will tell you where it is at. I called yesterday and they told me my orderwas in verification (the last step) and the grades showed up early this morning
I think we all need to understand that PSA is #1 and they are always right, always right and always right. Your customer service experience is probably b/c you were tired, PSA only hires trained, professional customer service representatives. Their graders are also the best in the business, they grade accurately, fairly and without bias. Did I mention that PSA is #1, well they are.
I am now going to stick a 15" butt plug up my A$$....

<< <i>Don't question PSA, they are in control and they have your cards right where they should be. They are a busy company with many customers and sometimes customers have unfortunate experiences, but they are still #1 and all other grading companies want to be them. Your order will surely be out sometime this year and you will be satisfied w/ the grades you receive and you will later thank PSA for their services.
