1978 O-Pee-Chee Box - How much?

This is NOT my auction. Curious what you guys think it is "worth?" I checked past auctions and didn't find any. Is $250 fair? I was thinking about bidding. LINKY DINKY

bbcexchange 78 opc box
I have purchased 4 boxes the past year. I paid $210 each from a Canadian dealer and they were beautiful. I then bought a box from BBCE last month and it had MAJOR centering/diamlond cut issues. So, I'd expect some issues.
On the other hand, 78 OPC is very affordable and you wil likely complete a full set from a box and get a ton of stars. $200-$225 range is a good deal. And, the gum is terrific too.
