    Puke.

    Rumor in Boston is that Francona would do all he can to veto that trade, as he didn't get along with Abreu at all in Philly together.

    I thought Manny wanted to go west ...

    Abreu's stats are deceiving. He does not hit that well in the late innings ... .220 I think

    I just hope the Sox let Manny be Manny, let him whine about wanting to leave, let him cry about whatever he wants AND KEEP HIM!!!

    Because next year he will produce 30-40 HR's and 120+ RBI's happy or unhappy.

    Sox will trade Manny for a 1B and SP, then bring Nomar in to play center and move Damon to left.

    That's my theory, at least. And the only scenario where I could almost, barely stand losing him.
