    What would happen if both USC and texas lost?

    I still think USC would play for the title, but texas would be out.

    usc is in even if texas wins and usc loses. They won't drop enough IMO losing to a #11 team.

    I think you'd still need LSU to lose as well because if they beat UGA, their SoS should put them 1 rank ahead of PSU.
