PCGS 1964 PR68CAM PRICE GUIDE CHECK,REAL VALUE?

The price guide list a 1964 pcgs pr68cam washington quarter at $300.00? is that accurate?is it a common coin? what would the real value be on it? any info is appreciated,Also how is it when it comes to other coins,Morgans,Peace etc,I read the thread about a 100% real price guide and now I am confused ,If the coin is worth 300.00 fine if not state what the going trend is, would that be more realistic? then comes the grey sheet ,I know that is for dealers but then do they sell at the price guide list? my head is spinning lol,Thanks to anyone that can help me out, Mojo

Have I ever mentioned the current price guides SUCK today? This coin sells for around $30.00. For $300.00 you could almost get the PR69DCAM.
