LONG wait time at PCGS!!

We all have had long wait times at PCGS. How about this one. I submitted a newly graded coin to PCGS for correction. I submitted the 1982-P Kennedy half dollar with the missing FG. I annotated this on the original submission form. They returned it without the designation. I resubmitted the coin and they received it on 7 Sep 05. I called many times including 2 calls to David Hall's office to check on the status. FINALLY, the coin was placed back in the mail on 28 Nov 05. Pretty long time to correct a mistake on their part I think. Does this seem to be an unreasonable time? The original grading took over 3 months to get back which I can see because of shows, etc. PCGS has had this coin for most of the year, do yu think they did this so they can claim it as an exemption on their income taxes? LOL Ray
