Well guys I got the 1929M 20 centavo piece in the mail today. The 'M' mint mark is there be it so slight. But, looking at the piece closer, It has definate doubling on 'United States of America' and '1929. The doubling is very pronounced.
So is this condition normal for this year and denomination? I will try to post some pics this weekend if needed. Thanks again in advance............Rick

If don't look like UNC, it probrably isn't UNC.....U.S. Coast Guard. Chief Petty Officer (Retired) (1970-1990)

Yes, a lot of repunches for this coin. More commonly found on mint mark and date. Less common on lettering. Some close up pics would be cool
