He has a bunch of "registry" coins. Even has a category for them in his store. I sent a question asking what registry the morgan will fit in. I may submit a best offer on the coin. How high should I go? $8, $10?

The coin, it's appearance and the description they gave of it are all immaterial. They have absolutely no bearing on whether or not he is guilty of keyword spamming. The only thing that matters is that they included PCGS in the title and they are not offering anything by PCGS. That, and that alone, makes them guilty of keyword spamming.
