The only time I care about the "will it cross" question is if it'll make a big difference in the value. In this case, it doesnt. I wont lose much sleep .

Everything that scardinal sells they claim is "fresh", and I find it pretty irritating. They also claim that dull, dirty, brown, mottled toning is gorgeous color. And personally, I don't care what holder a coin is in- I buy great looking coins in whatever holder they happen to find themselves in....

Well, I guess fresh is better than rotten. Although finding a rotten coin would be somewhat of an anomaly.

Yes there is when it comes to copper. NGC only guarantees the color for ten years from the date of slabbing.
