    The only time I care about the "will it cross" question is if it'll make a big difference in the value. In this case, it doesnt. I wont lose much sleep image.

  • From the pictures I wouldn't be sure that either one is Unc, but I do like the NGC coin better.

    Yep, the NGC looks far better than the PCGS.

    Well, I guess fresh is better than rotten. Although finding a rotten coin would be somewhat of an anomaly.

    Yes there is when it comes to copper. NGC only guarantees the color for ten years from the date of slabbing.

    Everything that scardinal sells they claim is "fresh", and I find it pretty irritating. They also claim that dull, dirty, brown, mottled toning is gorgeous color. And personally, I don't care what holder a coin is in- I buy great looking coins in whatever holder they happen to find themselves in.... image
