To be honest I think the aquittal rate for high treason in that era was quite high. I would guess that these people were all Thomas Paine followers and that most if not all got "off the hook."

That would make sense. If they are lawyers advertising their services it seems unlikely they would list the names of their clients who were hung. That is, the cases they lost.
