Pulled from a $12 proof set:

Mirror depth and clarity that is extreme. Just make it cameo obverse, deep cameo reverse. But, as is frequently the case with these, the obverse suffers from significant hairlining that limits the grade to no better than PR64.

Russ, any chance you can do a 10x magnification to illustrate these "hairlines" ? I am confused as to how these occur, too. The pics exhibit easy looking PF66 characteristics.

For those unaware, here is the definition :

hairlines: Fine cleaning lines found mainly in the fields of Proof coins, although they sometimes are found across an entire Proof coin as well as on business strikes.

That's not a suitable definition in this case, since the coin has never been cleaned. It was hairlined due to mishandling at the mint. That, and milk spots are very common on the Accented Hair, which is why they are so difficult in ultra high grades.

Here's a comparison I shot a while back showing hairlines on a coin:

They are difficult to capture on a proof unless shot at a severe angle.

Not much since it only grades PR64CAM. $40 range or so.
