Its time for guess the grade with my new 34 peace dollar

I just bought this coin today, while I'm not a real fan of the Peace dollar series this coin really drew my attention. I'm thinking of sending it in with my next submission, what grade would you give her. One note the vertical lines on the obv over the face area are on the 2X2 not the coin.

Hard to tell from the picture. All the what dots could be lint stuck between the coin and the flip or contact marks. From what I can tell I would guess MS63.
