This Just In! Proof Indian with MONSTER Turquois and Purple Reverse!

airplanenutairplanenut Posts: 22,380 ✭✭✭✭✭
I just got this PCGS PR64RB in... what a beauty! The obverse is a little dark, and unfortunately, I really didn't have the time to play with getting a good image of it (in fact, I really shouldn't be posting right now, but rather doing work, but I digress...) So the obverse is nicer than the picture shows, and the reverse is just incredible, with exceptional mirrors and extremely vibrant colors--mint red rims, purple, then turquois. Really a pretty piece, and one that just looks so nice in hand image

Nice pictures Jeremy. Looks like it was difficult to photograph. I love the reverse.

That's a pretty one. Looks like there was something on the coin down by the date that prevented toning there. I don't think that should limit the grade. I didn't see anything preventing a 65 grade. Why not crack it out and reshoot it! It's got to go back in a 64 or 65 holder, right? Sounds like "Famous last words", I know. I've cracked coins just to get a better picture, but I was sure they were the grade or better first.

Jeremy, Nice coin and wild colors. Looks like a solid 64 to my eye with the spotting....Mike
