Why it can be dangerous to put graded card singles on your X-Mas list

2000 DOMINION Tom Brady RC PSA 10
It actually would be a pretty good deal at that price...if it actually were one of his Ultra rookies. A PSA 10 from his Dominion set would probably cost about $15. The funny thing is that the seller has six of these up right now, all mislabeled.
Here's an example of the real thing.
ps - if the label writer person didn't recognize what set the card came from, shouldn't he/she have wondered why there were two guys on the card...and only one on the label?
