Which holders are more resistant to scratches and scuff marks: PCGS or NGC?

I seem to have more NGC holders that are marked up so as to detract from the coin. Are NGC holders more susceptible to damage?

I don't think it's the formulation of the plastic, however. More to do with the promonent "bulge" of the PCGS holders, while the NGC is flat with rims to protect the surface.
Just my experience.....
pcgs holders chip way easier than ngc holders
but it is easier to fix ngc scratched up holders with the right compounds than with pcgs holders
<< <i>I believe that when NGC changed their holders to make them more tamper-evident, they (unfortunately) started using a different plastic, which shows scuffs far too readily. >>
I agree. The newer plastic used by NGC appears to be softer and less brittle but it is also less clear and more easily scratched and scuffed. Not an improvement in my opinion.
