How come the PCGS pops on the MS Bison / Western Waters Nickels are so low?

Is it because the eBay money-makers are doing too well with the satin finish coins & not being troubled with submitting the regular strikes?

Or is it because the slab worthy coins just aren't there?

I'm responsible for 2 of the MS64 (P) WW nickels. The Business strike coins are very, very, very tough in grades higher than 63. I've been through 1000's and have only submitted 5 total. They are that tough. I just went through 1000 P's yesterday and 62 was the best I found. These nickels are total junk from the Mint. The WW nickels are way worse than the Buff business strikes which were far from GEMS. Thats the scoop from the modern junk trenches.
