What happened to Bruce McNall?

I met McNall here in Lexington at the horse sales years ago. He was with Bunker Hunt and it was around the time McNall was helping Bunker corner the silver market.
What made me think of him were the how many big time coin people live in Central Kentucky. Jeff Garrett, Tom Mulvaney and Jon Kearn live here and none other then Ron Guth, President of PCGS, lived here for a few years and in his spare time grew grapes.
