Dimitri, all it says when I look is "Declined Nov-27-05 18:05:05 PST". Maybe it won't let me see the comments, as I'm not the bidder?
Anyhow, I can't see any comments. Am I doing something wrong?

FYI, you only get to see the details of *your* offers. For all others all that is visible is the staus (Pending, Declined, Accepted).

That's why all of us are seeing a bunch of declined offers, but not what those offers were.
