Is this considered to be Johnny Bench's true rookie card?

PSA does not mark in their SMR report Topps # 95 or the # 430 cards as a (R) card, nor does even have an SMR price guide for the '69 OPC's. So my question is, is it just that PSA made a mistake by not marling the #95 card a rookie card, or is it that this is not officially Bench's rookie card?

Scan of a PSA 10 of the 1969 OPC #95 Johnny Bench card now offered on ebay!

P.S. What's wrong with that card? Boy it looks like a beauty?

This is not officially Bench's rookie card. 1968 topps #247 is, with Johnny Bench and Ron Tompkins (who never quite had the career Bench did)

I don't know if there is a 1968 OPC card. The reason the 69 is called a star rookie is because many of the all star rookie logo on the front of the card, acknowledging the rookie year bench had the previous year. That's my understanding.

In any case, the 1968 is his rookie card.
