Seems like a good deal- under $100. for a certified GEM Peace dollar! Not my coin nor do I know the seller at all.
Just seemed like, with a BIN that cheap and free shipping something someone here might be interested in before someone else grabs it!

it does seem properly graded, but for some reason i do not like how it looks.

Nice snag! Perfect feedback from the seller. Zero charge for insured shipping and I bet, via the photo/scan the coin has much more luster than what is being exposed.
