how many collectors here stick to a single series?

how easy it is to get off the tracks and start buying pieces
that might not fit your collection in the best way...

I am one of those who buy if the coin catches my eye. Then, I start looking for the rest of the series. Sometimes I find others in the series. I have yet to complete any one series though.

I have 3 or 4 main series, and currently 3 smaller projects........ I just love coins too much to have only one series......

Mainly two series: Indian cents and Early Lincolns. I am a sucker for nice copper from other earlier series though.

I have stuck with one denomination, if not one series, for 25 years now. I guess that counts. I still find things that catch my eye, and present enough of a challenge, within the half dimes.
