1921-P Morgan - Reverse Die Polishing and Dot - VAM?

Has anyone seen this VAM before? It looks familiar, but I can't find a matching designation.
Die polishing on reverse to remove multiple clashes. Die scratches/gouges on reverse. Dot above top arrowhead (a little lower than VAM 9).
