Raw 1797 Half Cent on eBay - would anyone here bid on this?

eBay
Being very uninformed on cast counterfeits, I find myself very reluctant to consider bidding on eBay for anything like this uncertified 1797 half cent. In a holder, I might be a bidder, but raw - no way Jose.
Would anyone here put a bid in on this coin - assuming you wanted it in the first place? Why would this seller want to sell it raw anyways? How much would it cost to get this slabbed? How about turnaround time?
