Well, I'm finally fully back up and running after Hurricane Wilma. You may have noticed that I all but disappeared. Well, I have made it back online periodically at my wife's office, but I'm now fully up and running. I think we were quite lucky. We are safe and only about $12,000 worth of damage to the house and yard. No major structural damage, thank god. I'm waiting to see what the insurance will cover. My neighbor has one of those wind measuring devices called an Anemometer which pegged at 131 miles an hour, then broke. We bagged over 30 construction bags full of Shingles that we picked up out of our yard, and had to cut up the remains of every tree in our yard. I have no shade anymore. Losing power for so long was the real challenge as I don't own a generator. I will before next Hurricane season though. Just realized this informational paragraph is sounding gloomy. I'm not! In fact it is a beautiful day - the birds are singing, the sun is shining, and I have power. It's a good day!
Well, I need to raise some funds to pay for what the insurance company doesn't. So, I've listed a few items on Ebay. They include:
1948 Washington Quarter ICG MS 67 (This coin will not cross to PCGS as a 67.)
1957 Washington Quarter PCGS MS 66 (Fabulous toner that used to be in my Registry set)
1918 Walking Liberty Half ANACS EF 40
1941-S Walking Liberty Half PCGS MS 64 (This coin is PQ for the grade.)
1943 Walking Liberty Half ANACS MS 65 (Toned Gem!)
1943-S Walking Liberty Half NGC MS 64 (PQ coin in an Old Fattie holder)
1944-S Walking Liberty Half ANACS MS 64 (Clean fields, just a tiny hint of Golden Album toning)
Thank you for looking! Just click on the link in my sig line to check them out! -Kurt-
