Question regarding submitting thicker cards...

I was thinking about submitting some auto/game used material from the Leaf Certified series for baseball and also some football from the 2003 Topps - Chrome Refractor parallel inserts for grading.
The only thing is these cards are pretty thick. So first question is, does PSA grade these thicker cards? Also, how do you submit these cards in a Card Saver I? It really doesn't fit that well - it kinda smushes the corners and edges.
