Can someone give me the greysheet bid and ask for a PCGS MS65 1880/9-s Morgan?

That variety doesn't appear in the Grey Sheet (almost none of them do).
They typically sell for around $200 on eBay, but from $250-$300 in Heritage auctions.
When in doubt, don't.

Typically 2x the standard 1880-S issue price.
