Has anyone ever asked PCGS to cancel their order and to (kindly) return their coin(s)?

I am very tempted to do so. A coin of mine, the subject of a previous thread, started in the grading process when I handed the coin to PCGS at their table on October 20, 2005 for express grading and photography service. They entered the coin in their system on October 26, 2005 
, and graded and photographed the by November 3, 2005. I had them take the coin for Presidential Review on November 4, which they entered in their computer on November 5, and the coin has sat there for 16 days.
At the same time (Oct 20), I submitted 6 coins for reholder and photography, which they have had for 32 days now. I know that the coins have been photographed because Phil has been kind enough to send me photos, yet the coins remain pending and unsent per the "submission status" check on the website.
I do not think that PCGS has failed to honor their policies. There are no gurarantees for the services I ordered. IMO, these services are taking too long.
Bottom line: The coins have been out of my possession and control for 32 days. I just want my coins back. Reviewed, unreviewed, slabbed, or raw. At this point, I do not care. I just want the coins. Has anyone ever had their coins returned before they have completed the process?
