I see the 1940 Sounder proof from the Heritage auction ended up in a registry set.

    Man, I can't afford to play with the big boys, anymore ... Lots of great Jeff proof sets have come along since it was just BNE, Carl and Lee at the top and I managed to sneak into fifth -- for a short time.

    I know your pain... these things went throught the roof a few years ago... and continue to climb.

    Congratulations to Alex and Nan's Proof Nickels! They are no longer "poised" to move up, they've made the move with a 1939 and a 1941 both in PR68! image Amazing! And yes, passed me. Congratulations!

    P.S., his 1938 to date sets didn't do too bad either. Also looks like Honeycutt's may be awakening.
