I bought this great coin only a couple months before I wound up selling all kinds of stuff to help my parents out. I thought at the time I would make a foray into circ Barber halves, so I started with this one. As it stands now, I'd like to get on with my rebuilding my type set, so this will have to go.

Nice blue & auburn hues on obverse & reverse. Reverse also has some cool greens and yellows in the central fields around the eagle that don't come through in the pic. Totally problem free coin.

There's a theory that we really have six seasons here -- summer, fall, "locking," winter, "unlocking," and spring. We're in the "locking" part of the year now. Cold, but not ridiculously so. Deer season. That place of my parents' is crawling with does, now if one with the headgear would just show up we'd be all set for winter with a full freezer!
