The second best shows the color, lustre, and is straight-on... the tiny glare seems like it could be removed by moving the light a tiny, tiny amount.

If I had to choose i would say #2. #1 is to dark, #3 is to bright so that leaves #2 but know that the coin is probably nicer than that pic shows

Two has the nicest overall lighting, but for a small amount of glare.
