    I think you should report the keyword spamming violation... As I did just did.

    Or bid, win it, and then either refuse to pay or pay and get a paypal refund when the card you get isn't a PSA 9.

    He must have had ebay say something as he changed the title of the auction
    IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
