Would you gamble $12 for this coin?

It's a 1913 Type 2. The images are crap, but it's been offered to me for $12. Would you take the leap on the off chance it might be as good as it looks from a long distance? (Return policy also in effect)

Edited to add: it's a 1913-P, not S.

The luster looks funky like it's been polished, but with a return.....sure.

With a return policy it really isn't a gamble.
