My wife liked this one, as well as I- nice colors with burgandy, orange, and the green rim tone........... but I overpaid! image

  • overpaid. pfft. you paid JUST what you were willing to for it, maybe a little less.... right?

edit: hard to put a price on anything that nice
  • image That coin looks like some of the carnival glass I also collect. Oh my I can see it now. A coin with that color next to a electric blue pc. of glass made in 1910. WOW what a display that would be. Great coin.

Beautifully toned dollar and a P mint to boot.image Sure looks better than a MS61. How does the reverse look?

nice toner you don't overpay much if you like the coin. its not like you paid $5K for it.

Decent date, though I'm a bit leery of that grade with those colors. I hope its NT. Cheek doesn't look too chewed up for a 61. How's the reveres? How's the luster?

Always looking for attractive rim toned Morgan and Peace dollars in PCGS or (older) ANA/ANACS holders!

It looks nt in hand- and looks a lot more like a 63 than a 61. The reverse is mostly white, with a touch of rim toning and subdued luster. The luster is stronger on the obverse, but it's not one of the coin's strongpoints. I've got two categories of coins now- keepers and nonkeepers. This one is a keeper...... image
