New meat asking for help

Hello, Will some of you fine members help this (old) new meat out?
1) How do you make a link? I see a coin on ebay I would like to ask you about.
2) How do you highlight your quotes so you know they are quotes?
3) What does the
mean?
4) How do you create a poll? I was going to try one but can't figure it out.
Old & dumb is no fun! I hope I never get there.
Thank you Book

1. you can insert a link using the "http" key (middle of the screen, above where you would currently be typing (Name of link) and inserting the website URL
2. there is a quote button when you type a response in the bottom right of a person's text.... or to the right of the "http" key (above where you are currently responding)
3. rofl = rolling on the floor laughing
It's a great place to just play around.
Click the http button above (no S)
Right click and paste into the box.
A new box appears with TEXT highlighted. Click OK for link named TEXT or type in almost anything you want.
At the top, and bottom, of every page are the words "FORUMS > U.S. COIN FORUM" where "u.s. coin forum" is replaced with whatever forum you are in. Click on the name of the forum to go back to the list of topics. Use the drop down navigation toolbar in the upper-right corner of the page to go to any other forum, besides the one you are currently in.
On Windows (doesn't work on crapintosh) you can click on the emotions drop down box, to pull down the list. Type the first letter of the emotion you want to convey, and if there are multiple emotions beginning with the same letter, just keep hitting that letter to cycle through. For example, click on the list once. Then type on your keyboard the letter A and the word agreement is highlighted. Press A again and it goes to applause. Press A again and it goes to alert, and etc. When you find the one you want, press enter.
To see a full list of the emotions, start a new thread or reply to an existing one. Look below the area for attachments. The word "symbols" is highlited. Click it, and in the pop-up window, scroll down and you will see all the smileys.
