Lowered My Grade???? There in Pcgs Holders

I sent in 6 coins in PCGS holders for variety review on inv # 9043567 on line 3, i sent a 1878 7tf ms63 pl holder #21945787 now when i got my grades it is no longer a prooflike only ms63..I dont understand
