How carefully do they check bank wrapped rolls?

Just curious,

Last week I spent the roll of Sac dollars I keep in my car because I forgot my checkbook. I went to the bank to get another roll of the small dollar coins. When I counted them out I received 26 dollar coins for my 25 dollars.

So, how carefully do the banks check this stuff and should the Wells Fargo in Colorado Springs by the Target on Academy be more careful?
Some call it an accumulation not a collection

  • I always thougt machines (counters) took care of that sort of thing. Was this a "bank-wraped" roll (rolled inwards on the ends as opposed to folded)? That my friends is what I call "found money."
  • its kinda like buying a box of pennies $25.00 worth and getting 5 rolls of pennies witha dime in there so you got 25.45 found money extra 50 cents at the cost of loosing out on 5 pennies.

  • Is that the Wells Fargo in Colorado Springs by the Target on Academy, with the white Ford F-150 parked in front, license plate AHC-325?

Then yes. Yes, they should be more careful.
