I received my notice for renewal from PCGS today. There is nothing on paper or online that states that the
Gold Level Membership (99.00) is entitled to 4 free submissions. Have they changed this? Anyone know?

Maybe it's an error on their part??? I'd be surprised if they took this perk away from gold members after letting them have it for so many years.

<< <i>I did go the $200 route, for the 8 free subs. Why? Because of the quick turn arround times they give them. The eight coins would have cost more than the membership if I had went the quick return, on the $99.00 deal. >>
I just renewed mine and did the same thing. It is worth it.

it is worth it if they will grade the coins you submit...but that specifically precludes foreign coins!
<< <i>Anytime I have 7 or more coins that need to go in at the Regular ($30) service grading level, I pay for another family member to join at the Platinum level. >>
good thinking!

Same thing here. The 8 freebies justify the $200 cost.
a $5.00 grading fee for each coin.
