Most accurate guide to modern UK proof set prices?

Hey all
I would like to know what is most accurate guide to prices / values of UK proof sets dated 1971 onwards. I just picked up a 1999 set for $24, which I think is reasonable. However, there is a wide range of prices realised on ebay.co.uk and I don't see many come up on ebay.com (especially with low starting prices). Spink seems over priced to me compared to flea bay so where else should I look for values - Krause?

I use Krause as a guide, but I'll pay more for a superb
unmarked or nicely toned set. I don't know of any
other guides offhand.
