Auctions ending Thanksgiving. Bargains?

I made the mistake of ending auctions on a holiday once and got way below the norm for ended items.
Maybe it's a better idea to find auctions ending on a holiday, like Thanksgiving, and schedule a snipe. The bidders that don't use a sceduled sniping program will be too busy munching on Turkey to get their bids in.

I sold an 1877 IHC last year, on July 4th, and got about $300 less than expected.
....
Only kidding.
Happy Thanksgiving in advance forum friends!

I did this once too. I should've cancelled the auctions when I realized what I did but I let them ride since there were bids.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

Yeah, I probably should have clarified that. Bidding action is slow on T Day, but is strong over the weekend following. So, not a good idea to have listings close on Thursday, but they're fine closing over the weekend.
