It looks to be about the going rate for that coin if it is graded by PCGS. According to the Heritage auction archive one sold on Nov. 1 for $109.25 and another sold on Oct. 30 for $97.75.

Yes it is PCGS. thanks for the input. That year is hard to come buy so I bought on impulse.
