Guess the final price (Old Mill Joe Jackson)

Surfing cards when I came across this baby, jeez, you could buy a decent house in Michigan for that! (so far).

I'll guess it doesn't meet reserve at just under two hundred grand.

I don't know what's more amazing, the fact that a "User ID kept private" auction is over $150,000 or the fact that the seller has over 10,000 feedback at 100% positive. That's really an incredible feat if you think about it.

Actually pvt auction is appropriate in this case. Many hi rolling type bidders would not appreciate it if people saw that they were over bid on a card and that they were willing to bid 100k +. This is probably a reason Pvt auctions were created. or intended for.

The bidders are known only to the seller.

    the seller claims:

THIS ONE IS A PSA 2 AND REALLY SHOULD BE A PSA 3.

    Should be a 3? Was wondering why it isn't a 1.

lol kirk I thought the same thing!! I actually wrote it was closer to a 1 then a 3 then looked again and since it is crease free I felt a 2 was appropriate. a low end 2 at that! I deleted that part of the statement.

The seller claiming it should be a 3 is just well sweller crapola IMO

it is though a scarce and very desirable card.

Well, there it is. $172,300 and wasn't even enough for the reserve.
